FedEx is the primary shipping company for international destinations.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated via the FedEx API. We rely on a Box Packing method which is volume based. Shipping charges are calculated in respect to a shipment packaged height, width, length, weight and max-weight. Our system has no capability to calculate accurately shipping charges on some special cut materials, hazardous items, and oversized items. Should the situation arise, accurate shipping charges will be emailed within one business day, and upon approval the system will bill the exact freight charge of the carrier. We virtually deliver products to any address in the world. However, products with applicable restrictions, cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Customers can get quotes based on the address entered from two places:

  1. Cart page – by using the shipping calculator.
  2. Checkout page – by filling in shipping and billing forms.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any customs fees, taxes, and courier brokerage fees that may be charged upon receipt of its shipment from SkyNeck.

Canada Post Logo

Canada Post is the primary shipping company for domestic destinations.

Our usual shipping method is Expedited Parcel which is a cost-effective, ground delivery service for documents and parcels within Canada. Standard shipping charges, a flat rate of roughly $8.00 USD, have been set out for this service. Shipping rates are based on the origin, destination, weight and dimensions of a shipment package and a chosen delivery option. Some exceptions apply for heavy items and higher rates will be applied.

The customer assumes all responsibility for any customs fees, taxes, and courier brokerage fees that may be charged upon receipt of its shipment from SkyNeck.

Delivery Time

All received orders are processed within one business day. The delivery of purchased product is made usually within 2-7 business days. An email will be sent out to a customer with an expected delivery date upon shipping the purchase item. In case of any potential delay, each customer will be notified via email with a full explanation of the late delivery service.

Handling Fee

SkyNeck does not charge a handling fee.
