Return Merchandise Authorization
At SkyNeck, all purchased items, excluding Software, DVDs, and other Electronic Media, may be returned for full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days from date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in new condition or resalable condition packed in original manufacturer’s box, complete with instructions and all components if applicable. A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of purchase with reason for return must accompany the return item.
To submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form, complete the following downloadable form below and fax at 1-800-523-8585 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be notified with the RMA number if your return request has been approved. Lastly, write the RMA number on the form to speed up the return process and send back the RMA Request Form with the merchandise.

In summary, enclose the RMA Request Form and copy of the invoice along with the merchandise packed in the original manufacturer’s packaging and condition they were received in (you must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards). Send your package prepaid and insured to the address indicated on the RMA Request Form.
