Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

All returned merchandise must be shipped back to SkyNeck with filled out a Return Form.

Return Policy: All purchased items, excluding Software, DVDs, and other Electronic Media, may be returned for full refund, exchange, or credit withing 30 days from date of purchase.

Condition of Merchandise: Returned merchandise must be in new condition or resalable condition packed in original manufacturer’s box, complete with instructions and all components if applicable.

Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original order showing purchase or information stating the invoice number and date of  purchase with reason for return must accompany the returned item.

Shipping: A customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. Shipping charges from original purchase are not refundable except for merchandise that is deemed defective.

Damaged Items: All claims for damage, defect, errors, or shortages in order must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise. It is highly recommended to open and examine all packages promptly. In case of any discrepancy in the order, the SkyNeck Customer Service Department needs to be notified immediately. If the shipment package is received in damaged condition, make not of the damage and request the driver to sign it. Subsequently, call the terminal office of the carrier and institute a claim for the damage.

Refunds and Credit of Purchase Price: Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition and in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to credit card or a mail check will be issued, based on the original purchase method. Please allow 7 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when SkyNeck receives a returned item for the credit processing. For the item that SkyNeck verifies to be defective, the original shipping expenses will be reimbursed when the item is returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fee: SkyNeck charges the restocking fee. Returned and exchanged items are charged a 15% restocking fee of the final purchase price before all additional charges. Returned merchandise deemed defective which is sent back to the store for return or exchange in not charged the restocking fee.

Order Cancellation: The  order must be cancelled via email. Since all orders are processed within one business day, the order needs to be cancelled as soon as possible. The order must be cancelled within 4 hours from the time it was placed.
