The Aerox diluter demand high altitude mask or quick donning diluter-demand oxygen mask is equipped with oro-nasal carbon fiber face piece, a maskmounted diluter-demand regulator, a electret microphone, and an inflatable head harness. The inflatable harness that allows donning with one hand in less then 5 seconds, when used with Aerox 4110-155 stowage cup. Various connectors are available to fit most built-in oxygen systems. The diluter-demand oxygen mask is intended to be used by qualified crew members to an altitude of 40,000 feet (MSL).

Aerox Diluter Demand High Altitude Mask Oxygen System Requirements:
1. Aviation Oxygen per MIL-O-27210
2. Supply Press Range: 55 to 70 Psi * (0.37 to 0.48 Mpa)
3. Operating Temp Range: +20º to +120º F ** (-29º to +49º C)
4. Relative Humidity: 5 to 95 percent
5. Overhaul: Aerox recommends every 3 years.
* A minimum oxygen flow of 100 liters per minute (NTPD) at 55 to 70 Psi must be supplied to the mask.
** If the aircraft is to be exposed to extreme cold weather for a extended period the crew oxygen masks must be removed from the aircraft and stored in a warm place.

aerox® Receives FAA TSO Approval for their High Altitude Quick Donning Diluter Demand Crew Member Oxygen Mask with Built in Comfort System.
aerox® is pleased to announce FAA TSO C78A and TSO C89A approval has been granted for production of the 4110-725 series mask. This mask is a long awaited alternative for approved replacements of high altitude masks.
The aerox® Quick Comfort series diluter demand high altitude mask comes standard with an electret microphone and an inflatable Quick Comfort head harness. This head harness provides maximum comfort while allowing a very quick don and promotes an excellent seal to any face. The mask features a carbon fiber construction for light weight, and soft silicon rubber for a comfortable fit.Connectors are available for most built in systems. This mask is easily mounted with the available carbon fiber stowage cup, aerox® is also able to manufacture a portable walk around system with the same outlet plug that is on your aircraft, so you can easily disconnect from the on-board system and plug directly into a portable system allowing mobility.
This 4110-725 series mask is intended to be used by crew and passengers in the general aviation industry to an altitude of 40,000 feet MSL.
